1. What are The Right Fit Member benefits?

Members earn points, enjoy exclusive rewards and birthday perks. 

 

2. How do I check my tier status?

Click “My account” to view your tier and account details.

 

3. When does my tier cycle end?

Your tier cycle ends in 1 year from your registration date.

 

4. Will my tier get downgraded?

No, your tier will remain the same if you have achieved Platinum tier.

 

5. Is my in-store membership linked to online?

Yes. The Right Fit links both in-store and online purchases automatically.

 

6. I am not Malaysian, can I register for The Right Fit?

Yes! International participants are welcome. However, points and vouchers can only be used in Malaysia boutiques or the Malaysia website.


Vouchers & Redemption

 

7. How do I use a voucher?

In-store: Log in to the Member Portal and show the claimed voucher to our staff at checkout.

 

Online: Log in to the Member Portal and enter the claimed voucher code during checkout.
Note: Vouchers cannot be combined with other vouchers.

 

8. How do I redeem points or vouchers in-store?

Log in to the Member Portal and click “Rewards” to choose a voucher to redeem 

 

9. Can I use my birthday voucher online or in-store?

Yes, you will receive one birthday voucher in your birthday month each year. It can be used either online or in-store — but not both.


Points (Earning & Usage)

 

10. How do I earn points?

In-store: Show your barcode at the cashier. Points will be credited within 1 day.

 

Online: Points are earned based on qualifying net purchases (excluding shipping fees, discounts, and store credit usage).

 

11. How can I see my points?

Log in to the Member Portal , click “Point History” to check your points balance.

 

12. Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?

No, there is no limit.

 

13. Will my points expire?

All points expire on 31 March each year.

Examples:

Register on 1 April 2025 → Points expire 31 March 2026

Register on 1 January 2025 → Points expire 31 March 2026

Points run on a fixed 1 April–31 March cycle.
Any points earned between 1 January–31 March will expire the following 31 March.

 

 

14. I didn’t get my points after purchase. What should I do?

If points do not appear within 1 business day, contact customer service.

 

15. Will my tier be downgraded if I redeem my points?

No. Redeeming points does not affect your tier.

 

16. Can I transfer my points to another person?

No, points are not transferable or refundable.

 

17. How will my spends be accumulated if I shop across multiple websites or in-store?

Yes! Since the program covers 9 brands, all your spending across these brands accumulates into one account. You can earn and redeem points on any participating websites or in-store locations.
The Right Fit program is only available for stores and websites in Malaysia.
